Student Researchers

I am interested in the science and social facets of biodiversity conservation. My primary training is in restoration ecology and conservation ecology, the latter of which I completed at a graduate level, where I did a thesis on the impacts of agriculture management on small mammal diversity in coffee farms.

Just as I am passionate about studying the diversity of flora and fauna, I am keen on diversifying my experiences through joining numerous environmental projects across a range of geographic regions. In turn, these experiences nurtured my second interest in understanding how individuals and various groups of people interact with the environment, which I see as a crucial step to engaging others in the process of conservation.
