Understanding methods to measure prevention and natural resource avoidance within the food system (e.g., food waste prevention, avoidance of greenhouse gas emissions), assessing methods for how to measure systems changes with the introduction of new agricultural technologies and business models, and assessing the implications of high-risk feedstock supply chains
