Marc Ross is professor of physics at the University of Michigan and part-time senior scientist in the Information Sciences Division at Argonne National Laboratory. He worked on the theory of fundamental particles until 1972 when his interests shifted to energy use and its environmental implications. His research focuses on energy use and emissions of motor vehicles and design of alternative vehicles.
